GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introductory provisions
1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) govern the legal relations between the companies Jungmannak s.r.o., with its registered office at Bílkova 863/17, 110 00 Prague 1, Company ID: 21413444, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as the “Operators” using bar services) (hereinafter referred to as the “Operators using bars”), hereinafter referred to as the “Operators using bars” in Prague (the “Customer”).

3. These GTC are binding for all Customers using restaurant and bar services, in particular for reservations, private events and catering.

 

2. Reservation
1. Reservations can be made in person, by phone, by e-mail or via the online reservation system.
2. Reservations are valid only after confirmation by the Operator.
3. Cancellation of reservation:
- free of charge up to 24 hours in advance (for group reservations up to 48 hours),
o in case of later cancellation, the Operator reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated expenses or the deposit made.
4. For private or corporate events, you can request a deposit, the amount and maturity of which will be determined individually.

 

3. Prices and payment terms
1. The prices of meals, drinks and services are listed in the current menu and include VAT.
2. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, meal vouchers or based on an invoice (for corporate events only).
3. The Operator is entitled to request a deposit for meals, banquets or room rentals.
4. In the event of arrears, the Customer is obliged to pay based on the issued tax document.

 

4. Rules of conduct in the restaurant and bar
1. The Customer is obliged to behave in the restaurant and bar premises in a way that does not damage the equipment or disturb other guests.
2. Serving alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.
3. It is prohibited to bring in your own food or drinks without prior agreement with the Operator.
4. The Operator is not responsible for valuables and personal belongings of customers unless they have been taken into custody (according to Section 2945 of the Civil Code).

 

5. Liability and compensation for damages
1. The Customer is liable for damage caused to the property of the Operator or third parties that occurred through his fault.
2. The Operator is liable only for damage that was demonstrably caused by his fault.

 

6. Complaints
1. The Customer has the right to complain about the quality of the services, meals or drinks provided.
2. Complaints must be made without undue delay, preferably directly during the visit, to the operator or shift manager.
3. The operator is obliged to handle the complaint without delay, no later than within 30 days.

 

7. Personal data protection
1. The operator processes the personal data of Customers in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.
2. Processed data: name, contact (telephone, e-mail), or billing information for corporate customers.
3. Purpose of processing: record keeping, communication with Customers, fulfillment of contractual obligations, marketing purposes (only with explicit consent).
4. Personal data are stored for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing, but no longer than 3 years.
5. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing and data portability, as well as the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

 

8. Changes to the GTC
1. The Operator is entitled to unilaterally change or supplement these GTC, with the new wording being effective on the date of publication on the website and in the establishment.
2. The current version published at the time of use of the services always applies to Customers.

 

9. Governing law and dispute resolution
1. These GTC are governed by the legal system of the Czech Republic.
2. Any disputes will be resolved by the court with substantive and territorial jurisdiction according to the registered office of the Operator.
3. The Consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).

 

10. Final provisions
1. These GTC shall enter into force on 1.8.2025
2. All relations not regulated by these GTC shall be governed by the Civil Code and related legal regulations.
